Next time you want a little pampering when seeking out that perfect nibble of cheese or fine meat for a cocktail party, go to Cured. It’s Boulder’s newest shop on Pearl Street (very close to Buffalo Exchange and Twig Salon). The owners, Will and Coral, are passionate about what they do and they want you to fall in love with their lovely range of great offerings. It’s a slip of a shop, but in the space they have (soon to share with a coffee roaster) they created a welcoming, urban-feel to the place with ample samples of products and always great advice for what to serve.
What I especially loved was that they carry a handful of produce from two local farms. It was great to be able to pick up a head garlic grown just 8 miles away and a few tomatoes without having to run to make another trip to a grocery store. Oh, and they also have an adorable little room CHOCKED full of carefully selected wines, as well as Colorado beers and spirits. Yum!
